Q: What is the Custom Signature Collection?
A: The Custom Signature Collection lets you become the designer. You can take a classic base piece and personalize it with your choice from over 100 hand-selected icons—including sports, lucky symbols, hobbies, numbers, initials, and coastal motifs. You can even feature meaningful coordinates to mark a special place in your life. You bring the memory, and we will create it!

Order Information
Q: Does a chain come with my pendant?
A: We have hand-selected a 2.6mm cable chain to complement your signature pendant; it is offered as an add-on piece at the bottom of the page before you add to cart. Or feel free to use a chain you already have or select a different chain from our chain page. It is an adjustable 16”-18” chain, available in sterling silver for $94 & gold plated sterling for $140.

A: The beauty of this collection is that you are the designer! You can personalize each pendant in many different ways—from selecting your favorite icons to choosing whether you want 1, 2, 3 or even 4 symbols on some designs.
Q: How should I care for and maintain my Custom Signature Collection piece?

Stones
Q: What type of stones do you offer?
A: We offer a wide selection of gemstones organized by cut and origin. Our round, faceted stones include natural options like Aquamarine, Garnet, Amethyst, Peridot, Citrine, Blue Topaz, and Zambian Emerald, along with lab-grown Diamonds and corundum-based Alexandrite, Ruby, Blue Sapphire, and Pink Tourmaline. For smooth finishes, we feature natural Blue Mohave Turquoise in a cabochon cut, as well as classic freshwater pearls.
A cabochon is a gemstone that has been shaped and polished with a smooth, convex (domed) top and a flat or slightly curved base, rather than having flat geometric facets.
Q: What are the sizes of the stones used in your pendants?
A: The starburst stone is a 2.5mm round stone & the bezel stone is a 3.0mm round stone.

Q: What materials are used in this collection?
A: LOLA jewelry is crafted from premium 925 sterling silver and finished with carefully selected precious-metal plating based on the design and manufacturing requirements of each piece.
Sterling Silver
● All LOLA pendants and core jewelry components are made from solid 925 sterling silver.
● Silver-finish pieces receive a protective anti-tarnish treatment to help maintain their bright finish.
Gold Finishes
● Our gold-plated Custom Signature Collection jewelry is 18K gold-plated.
● LOLA designs are produced with a Hamilton gold color, 18 K, selected for its rich appearance and consistency across collections.
● Gold plating thickness varies by design and wear requirements, with enhanced plating used on exposed metal surfaces.
NEW 10k Solid Gold
● For the first time, LOLA is offering you the opportunity to create your own LOLA in 10k Solid Yellow Gold.
● 10k Gold is highly durable; because of its alloy mix, it is resistant to scratches, dents, and everyday wear.
● If you have any metal or nickel allergies, this could cause a reaction.
Enamel
● LOLA's signature enamel jewelry is handcrafted using premium enamels sourced from leading suppliers.
● Colors are custom mixed exclusively for LOLA to match our proprietary color standards.
● Our pendants feature both cold enamel (epoxy/duraenamel) and fired enamel techniques (glass), depending on the design.
● Each enamel-filled piece is individually finished and cured to ensure vibrant color, durability, and long lasting wear.

Shipping & Delivery
Q: What is the processing and delivery timeline for Signature items?
A: Your custom designs are sent to be manufactured immediately following order placement. You can expect to receive your order in 4-6 weeks. For additional information: a typical timeline is 10 business days for production, 7 business days for transit, and an additional 3-7 business days for domestic transit, depending on what shipping service was selected during the checkout process. Please follow our holiday ordering suggestions during busier seasons.
Q: Does Custom Signature Collection packaging include gift-ready presentation? A: Your Signature Collection piece will come in a LOLA pouch; gift boxes are available as an add-on.
Exchanges/Returns, Damages & Warranty
Q: What is the warranty coverage for the Custom Signature Collection?
A: LOLA & Company® warrants all jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase with proof of purchase. Normal wear & tear, accidental breakage or damage, and tarnishing are not included under this warranty.
Q: What is the return and exchange policy for Custom Signature Collection items?
A: As these are all made-to-order items, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All Custom Signature Collection sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our team right away so we can assist you.
