ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS
LOLA & Company® HQ operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us within 30 minutes after purchasing please email customerservice@lolacompany.com.
Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are submitted. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 3 business days to process before they are shipped. Once an item has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer’s provided email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
UNITED STATES, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS & PUERTO RICO SHIPPING
- Expedited orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day.
- Any expedited order placed after 11am EST or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
- UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- If you have a unit or suite number please include it on your order. LOLA cannot be responsible for returned or lost packages due to an incomplete address.

LOLA Gift Cards
- Users will be prompted during the checkout process to enter their LOLA gift card numbers. Gift card numbers can be located on the gift card email sent to the associated email address it was issued to.
- Only enter your gift card number when you are ready to commit to finalizing your purchase. If you enter your gift card number during the checkout process please DO NOT go backwards or refresh the page. This can result in gift cards being marked as used and will need to be manually reset causing delays.
